The Smithville Municipal Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday March 9,
2026 at 5:00 pm in the Smithville City Hall. The agenda for the planning commission meeting is as follows:
1. Call to order.
2. Approval of February 9, 2026 minutes.
3. Public comment regarding agenda items.
4. Consideration of final site plan to establish multi–family residential structures in a C–1 (General
Commercial) district for property located on Midway Road and East Broad Street (Bowman Site Plan) *
5. Consideration of final subdivision plat for property located off of O’Connor Street (Sullivan Walter
Homes Division) *
6. Other business as necessary.
7. Other public comment.
